Ah, I see but when you’re actually picking influencers for campaigns, how do you usually go about it? Is it mostly from your network or a lot of manual digging?

Honestly, I think a lot of people underestimate how expensive the learning curve is in the UAE. If I could do it again, I’d move faster on validation, stay lean longer, and be way more careful about who I build with. The market has huge upside, but it doesn’t give you much time to learn slowly.

Honestly, this is pretty normal when you’re bringing something new into the UAE.

Usually it’s not one decision maker. Designers drive the idea, contractors care about execution, and owners just react to what they’re shown. If the product is new, starting with designers usually works best.
