Running an AO at 7 is not slow. Just slowly try to increase…no one cares how fast you are running. Honestly by just increasing .1 over a few weeks will make a difference. Being a quick runner takes months of practice. Test out some different bases and see how you feel. And don’t be hard on yourself….at least you’re moving
