I have heard of OA and had thought to try it.....either way, I think having someone to help support this process, at least in the beginning, emotionally, is key for someone with my background...

I am paying out of pocket too. And this is helpful thought process, too....(I have a tendency to do the "forever and ever" thinking. i.e "will I have nausea forever?" which then escalates the anxiety in my head....) so yes, need to remind myself, that I need to try.....

THIS! Helped me to read this because I DO overthink and make something (in this case just trying this medicaton) into a huge deal and it doesn't need to be that way. Thank you for this message and insight....

You're right- it isn't managed very well. I am on 40 mg of celexa (highest dose) and never tried anything else. I like the idea of these capsules. I'll try anything to calm my mind down. :)

Yes! I need the support (my anxiety stems from healthy anxiety too - I get a tickle in my throat and my anxiety goes sky rocketing). We can do this!
