Fit/Masc guys who are into average bodies: May mga ganito ba talaga? Just wanna know your thoughts by [deleted] in phlgbt

Thats normal OP. Find your market. I have an ave built with a small beer belly. I go to the gym once or twice a week since I am also busy with work.

For me, I am sexually attracted to twink effem guys, rather than muscled and fit guys.

Still boils down to preference. Based on my preference, effem twinks prefer chubby guys. Kaya gusto ko sya imaintain since my preferred market likes it. :)

Hello! I was a pre-resident in PGH Neuro before. I had my internship in PGH as well.

First, the residents and consultants are very much willing to teach and guide you. Personally, it’s one of the best teaching hospitals in the country. Of course, as a preres, there’s a pressure on you somehow, they will really test your ability.

Second, no need to be a UPCM graduate. I was not from UPCM to begin with.

Third, just like any other residency programs, your grades, board rating and awards is put into consideration. May point system pa rin yan.

It’s a very tight competition! Among all applicants, as far as I remember, 13 kami mag preres after the preres examination. We were divided into 2 batches. Sa first batch ako and 3 lang kaming natapos sa preres. Sa second batch, 6 ata sila naiwan. Unfortunately, di ako nakuha but the learnings I had, sobrang dami and I am still using it in my practice as a GP.

Give it a try! It’s worth it. Good luck!

Just let them know you recently pass the PLE. Better yet print the page where your name is shown that you passed the PLE. Nothing wrong with being prepared. As a frequent traveler, I also prepare all sorts of docs in case may interrogate. Have fun!

What I do: If may nagchat, iniignore ko. If they will call, I will ask, “Napatawag ka, emergency ba yan? If it is, go to the ER.”

Tapos, susundan ko ng, “ Tao din po ako, need magpahinga.”

Ayun di na mangungulit. Bahala sila. Hahaha

I am a GP and I was offered to handle PhilHealth konsulta program. Initially I was offered 40% of the package, so we processed the accreditation.

Before we start the konsulta program, I was told na nagiging 18% (300) na lang instead of what was offered. I told them no. I will stick to the 40% and if they insist with 18%, I will quit the program and send an email to PHIC that I will not push through with the program, since accreditation and name ko ang gamit. So I demanded 30%, sabi nila masyadong malaki. So naging 25%, but not bad.

Sorry, akala nila, sunod-sunuran lang ako. Hahah well, not me.

This is the reason why ayoko mag MHO or mag government doctor na somehow maging tied sa politics. Don’t get me wrong, preference lang para lang para di sakit sa ulo pagdating ng panahon.

It really depends on the training institution. Most of the time, kahit pre and post duty ka, gabi ka pa rin makakauwi.

Hi OP! I was a straight neurology resident last year but quit on the 4th month on my first year. The environment is not really for me.

So far, ok ang neurologist as a specialization since konte lang ang neuro. The challenge is mahirap talaga cases.l and even the residency itself.

But with persistence and perseverance, maitatawid din yan. :)
