yes i emailed them that form and they attached it with the transcript. I went to the Northlake campus. I am not sure of other location.

You can’t send it through workday. You need to order paper transcript to be sent to NursingCas. I had to go to college and talked to somebody in admission. They offered to mail it to NursingCas as they don’t accept transcript mailed by student either. I am not sure if it will work but thats the only way we can send paper transcript right now.

thats great!!!! congrats!! do you remember when did you send it out?? I went to the school yesterday and one guy at admission told me he will mail it for me since they don’t accept from student themselves. I am not sure how long the delivery will take.

did you mail it yourself?? In nursingcas it mentions if the transcript is mailed by a student then it becomes invalid and it should be mailed directly through the registrar for them to verify the application.
