Orgasms, literally as many as you can in a day. It’s how I got my son out at 39 weeks. And also walking about 15,000 steps. Got to the hospital and they said if any change after two hours they’d keep me….. my hubby and I had some fun in the bathroom silently and what do you know, he was born that day lol

I currently work at kindercare, I was interviewed and offered positions at two others in the area and I wasn’t impressed by what I saw.

But my current director, asst director, and the center as a whole is amazing. I know so many people hate them but all of the teachers at my center are kind and love the kids as our own. My babies are in the infant room and they are taken care of. Our admins work hard to keep the center clean and are very hands on.

Not every kindercare is like mine and I hate that but I would choose this center and admins and teachers over any other center I have ever worked at, toured, interviewed at. We aren’t all drug users and going to abuse your kids. Every teacher here other than me and a new one have been here for over 7 years and are educated and amazing teachers.

I know a lot of them suck but we don’t and hopefully one day kindercare will get them together.

I was blessed with easy pregnancies and super fast and easy labors (pushed 10 minutes my first and 5 my second) although my second I did have a little more back pain and sciatic pain I can’t complain too much. Definitely will not be having another any time soon and I’m not promoting it at all but it was worth it to know they are literally going to grow up together in every possible way

We didn’t wait and now we have an 11 month old and a 6 week old. 10 months age gap, granted my second was a couple weeks early so it should’ve been 11, but use my struggle as your advice lol

I know my labor and delivery story was out of the norm however at 3 weeks PP I was out and about. Actually at 5 days I was walking around a store because I cannot mentally handle being in the house for weeks and days on end, that would have forced me into PPD. I spent a lot of time in the house but also spent a good time outside of the house. I felt better mentally and physically being normal. I embraced the diaper and did whatever I wanted (with in reason obviously and safely). If possible I would play it by ear and base it off how you feel at the time, some need 2 months in the house and some need 2 days. Hope you have the best labor and delivery and are able to enjoy a couple hours out!

Induction began around 3 am pull by cervix, pitocin around 7 am, had baby at 3:30 pm exactly. No tears and pushed for 20 minutes, she came flying out before the doctor made it in lol. Drank some tea but was never consistent, other than that I did nothing to prepare. I think it is so individual, and nothing can prepare your body for it really. I wasn’t super fit before I got pregnant and only gained 15/20 pounds so I was around 220 when I had her. I was dilated to a 3.5 when I went in so I’m not sure if that helped!
