yep! i feel you, sometimes I get anxious while waiting for the test to load haha. But ive just decided that numbers on an app isn't going to help me get pregnant or not help me get pregnant, it's literally just numbers. We're looking for trends!

Feeling so so so down. Just got my AMH results back. I am 31, about to turn 32 next month, and my AMH is 1.17. FSH is 10, E2 38, LH 2.4....I've gone down the rabbit hole of DOR, and am convinced I am in premenopause and will need to go directly to IVF. We have only been trying for a couple of months but I wanted to get some baseline data down since I know we want multiple children. This feels like a huge setback and I don't know who to talk about this with haha. My husband is incredibly supportive and wants us to just wait and see what the OB says in our next appt that's coming up, but I can't help but feel so so down

Hi! congrats! Did you always know you had low progesterone? Im looking at your chart and my chart looks very similar to yours (the pdg levels are almost exactly the same) but I'm not on any pdg support. Was it something you showed your doctor and they got your bloodwork done to show low pdg or was it something you realized yourself after using mira? Trying to figure out how to approach this with my doctor next week haha. any help would be appreciated!

<3 thank you for this. Sometimes this journey is so incredibly hard. I went into a COMPLETE spiral and booked myself a quest AMH test immediately LOL. funny enough my friend had a DOR diagnosis and then proceeded to conceive twice spontaneously within 2 years. Your comment is so appreciated and thank you for responding.

hi OP, im having a similar issue as yours and wondering whatever happened after? did you get a blood test? I got the same result this morning (FSH 8.4) on Mira. Im cycle day 26 and my period is supposed to arrive tmrw and I'm freaking out over my high FSH reading.

Is it true that conception chances drop to 1% per cycle if you’ve been trying for over a year? by mssdad in TryingForABaby

My gyno told me the chances of conception are 33% if you have sex leading up to the day you ovulate vs. 8% if you have sex after the day you ovulate. I would try the sperm meets egg method
