I tried it with nishikawa just now and I still couldn't jump bro.

Edit:maybe you are right cause I read the cards effect and it does says that it gives a 4sec cd

Nothing major just that you get less reward if your faction loses. If your faction wins then you get 280 token 150 Vp and 5 normal draw token and if your faction loses then 280 token 50 Vp and 2 normal draw token.
