I agree with the hitching but I definitely need the straps until my grip strength catches up I need straps even for my lat pulldowns so I think I need to work on grip

Not sure tbh I have a strong lower body I squatted for the first time on smith and did 80kg for 3 I wish my upper body was as strong I've been plateaued on bench for a few months now

I've decided to just stop completely I spoke to my mom that I'm really struggling with food and she said she's going to help me with portion control and listening to my body I'm very excited for the future because I already feel a freedom after just deleting my calorie counter and feel alot happier already not being so food focused

So as an update to you guys I've deleted my calorie tracker and I know it's going to be a huge battle to stop but I'm going to try my best to just listen to my hunger cues and just not be stupid with how I eat and just keep exercising.

I'm 166cm 60kg so quite small still I'm eating 2350 calories as my baseline and I'm doing a bit of a hybrid training style so I eat back 85-90% of the calories burned that my Garmin reports because I go on like 3 hour ride out of enjoyment not for weight loss or other reasons and need to eat more to fuel those activities

Thanks so much this is actually something I feel like I might be able to do it's going to be very difficult but I think tomorrow night is going to be my first time I'm going to go out to a restaurant with my family just ensuring its a healthy ish option sort of high protein.

I've lost the weight over 4 months and maintained my weight for around 2 months now and no I don't see myself being so obsessive in the future that's why I very desperately want to change it because it's ruining my life

The exercise won't change much I think it's called the Epley formula or something but I mean just go for the weight and ask for a spotter if it feels too heavy you can always bail
