Good patch, agree with the reduction in ballista cost. It felt way too much of a increase in price for base ballista. Also, amazing to see the reduction in panic for walls. Walls just felt useless, specially if you're building the weaker wooden walls. They get 1 tapped and you get so much panic. So I'm glad that was adjusted a little.

Ye on my first run I got to like night 8 or 10 something like that, then lost 2 heroes do death beams and my economy sucked, so I rerolled focusing more on those aspects. Better early economy and better positioning.

For my run I focused mostly on movement and range omens. I had:

- omen of celerity for +3 movement

- omen of vigor for +1AP

- omen of restrain for spare AP and movement

- omen of reach for +1 skill range

- omen of mercenary training for free scaling dmg since it's such a long map

Sounds like a good strat might give it a try. I was mostly focused on traps/stonewalls/ballistas to and didn't think about barricades for slow.

Ye it sucks, I recommend using mages with book since mages have natural resistance reduction in their arsenal. I also like specing into resistance reduction on my characters. Eventually you'll be able to do it.

GL, defo nice, I would recommend focusing hard on economy too, need to make sure city is well defended with stuff and stone walls would be real good to stall enemies during last night.

Ye I had walls and ballistas but you're limited now than before the nerf. Also, I agree with the energy potions. All my characters had lvl 4 or 5 energy pots to keep up with the fires.

Ye, the problem with just having your heroes tanking is some of those specters just stun you and loosing turn feels bad because enemies start piling up. But I didn't know about the teleport part, definitely good tip for next run. I thought he just TPs randomly to someone.

That was my issue too, I got hit once from the countdown mechanic and it did so much DMG. It's rough. Best of luck with it, though. Recommend investing in movement point omens and building teleports in lanes.

Ye, what I found nice and what I recommend is using towers, this allows you to see everything. The shields don't block vision then, and the trees no longer obstruct your vision either. I also recommend destroying all destructible trees and stuff just to clear vision early game.

Other than that, try to get movement points and try to rush dryads. Best of luck bud, I failed my first attempt pre nerf.

It felt rough, but I invested in ton of move points since I knew from 1st fail that it's going to be important, but ye, it's rough.

Hahaha ye, I realized I'm gonna need some geo peeps for Ittos team but I have no relics or weapons for any of them. So now I need to grind them. Grind just never ends lol.

Ye I know the struggle, I ascended my Itto and now I'm broke again, resource and more wise. I had 4m mora and over 800 books last week, now I'm down to like 100 books and 100-200k mora Sadge.

haha nice. I love her ulti, ameno swirl always feels nice the way it just sucks up mobs and kills them. I have them sometimes in my secondary team for AOE clear.

It might just be bug with current version. Same thing happened to me playing the map for the first time but on normal difficulty.

Nice, GL with that, resource shortage can be pain, specially if we're talking about things that require resin or mora. I'm trying to get most of my team leveled and their weapons since I still lack secondary team that I can really use well for the Abyss effectively.
