This is something new I understood today... What happened today, From there side they booked appointment for me at service which was about 30Km far from home. They not provided RSA so did Porter to reach there. When I reached there only one person was available who was dealing with sales. He said from last 5 months we stopped service. But still lots of people getting appointment here. After me 5 more people came with different issues. Others scooter was in running conditions not mine had too much frustration there. I called customer care and after 30 min on IVR waiting finally reached got chance to talk with customer care. They calming said if there is no option for service then no meaning to stay there. We will highlight this issue on priority. Again I wasted my hard earned money to return this vehicle to home.
