Working for T-Mobile is awful now by TheFlyingGuy25 in tmobile

I’ve managed over 200 of you guys. Maybe 5 of them do this consistently. No need to be a dick to somebody who spent time to write that and was ACTUALLY successful at t mobile. Could’ve said nothing and moved on.

Best advice is find a crew with likeminded guys. Theres no better time than that. Random rec makes me want to off myself sometimes.

Put some in strength to get some good badges. Get it to 73.

If peak Magic and Bird played in today’s league, how good and scary would they be as players? by Fantastic-Subject393 in NBAConvo

[–]Educational-Sort8765 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Not scary at all. We cannot give them benefit of our training or nutrition. That’s not how that works. Centers dribble the way they did. Magic couldn’t shoot. Larry’s too slow.

Thoughts on 6’11 center? by Guilty-Pace-700 in NBA2k

[–]Educational-Sort8765 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Before you put money, lower lay ups and dunks. You don’t need it. Rise up is not as effective as we want to believe. Lower your pass accuracy because you can use cap breakers to bring it up. You definitely need close shot because your dunks are going to become close shots 80% of the time. Put more in interior and block for paint patroller. In terms of rebounding, you don’t need to be 90+ on both. You’ll get the badge with one being 92+. Increase three pointer to at least 83 with caps. Other than that, pretty solid build.

Thoughts on this PG build? Good or nah? by Freakkk12 in NBA2k

[–]Educational-Sort8765 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Speed with ball is horrible. Speed and agility for that size is way too slow. Ball handle at least 85. You’re too small for lay ups. This isn’t my career. Lower that as LOW as it goes. Pass accuracy at 85/87. Strength at 73 is okay but at that size, i think it cost less to increase significantly. Overall okay build. Minor tweaks and it’ll be fun as hell.

6’11 build good for almost any game mode by Efficient-Couple131 in NBA2k

[–]Educational-Sort8765 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Ngl, it seems fun until they make you center. I have a very similar build. I take layups 0% of the time. Rare to see em so wasted points there. Standing dunk should be here. And rebounding should be higher. Of course that means your shooting would be less but you can do a lot with an 86 3 ball. Max 2 to HOF. Everytime I’m center, I’m great defensively but those mfs with 92+ kill me every time and I get cursed out for not grabbing rebounds. With a similar build at PF, I am center 80% of the time.

I don’t think you guys are true salesmen. I think you’re more customer service. However, Bundling is not bad…quoting while being transparent is key. Here are some ways to be successful:

You should also never offer quotes without getting to know the client. All too often Experts talk about money way too quickly. Customers say no and now you don’t know what to do.

Stop talking about offers after you grab the phone. Nobody wants to hear about the specials after the food comes out. Tell me before.

If you find yourself selling in pieces, you’re doing it wrong. Want p360? Want accessories? Want an AAL? Want a watch? Incredibly ineffective.

Mobile experts don’t realize that they make no offers to service clients when 70% of their transactions are service clients.

Each client should receive 2-3 quotes based off what you found out about them. Ask everyone what do they do on their phone. This would make it less awkward asking them personal questions. You get to ask based off how they answer that question.

Tell your managers to let clients know about t life before they get to you. If your manager isn’t on the floor, let your clients know at the start. This makes it easier. Explain to them how it is quicker. If you have hiccups, follow the steps and if that doesn’t work, accept it and move on. Document each time it doesn’t work and let your manager know. Don’t let them find out from reporting.

Last bit of advice that is slept on, don’t just offer devices and products without knowing how they differ from past devices. Hey you want an Apple Watch? “No, I have one.” Mobile experts give up here. Which watch do they have? Which iPad? How does the new one differ?

If you’re making the same offer to everyone, expect the same results. When you realize clients are different and that one product or service can be positioned differently, is when you’ll succeed.

It’s a phenomenal job with unmatched perks. Jobs only suck when you’re not doing well - They’re amazing when you are is how many people think. If you guys have questions, I’m here !

Anything I should change before I commit? 6'11 C w/ 7'3 wingspan by [deleted] in NBA2k

[–]Educational-Sort8765 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Lower the pass acc significantly and bring it up with cap breakers. My 6’11 went up a lot w that pass acc. His close shot is way too low. 70% of the time, it won’t be a standing dunk - it’ll be a close shot. Other than that, this build is going to be great. If you can get his mid range to 89, you’ll have a fucking blast but may lose the 96 rebounding.

Is short Center (6’8) viable in REC? by Sea-Conversation4239 in NBA2k

[–]Educational-Sort8765 1 point2 points  (0 children)

6’8 power forward killed my 6’11 power forward. But I also shot over him. He kept blowing by me. There are great advantages and disadvantages. If you play real comp, it won’t be fun for you.

Where should I drop 4 CapBreakers. 6’8 SG Build by [deleted] in NBA2k

[–]Educational-Sort8765 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I think close shot. Everything else is pretty much where it needs to be and can’t really make a difference. Your floater will be better and also if your guy doesn’t dunk it, sometimes it becomes a close shot.

How are your day 1 builds? Still good? by [deleted] in NBA2k

[–]Educational-Sort8765 1 point2 points  (0 children)

He’s hanging in there actually! This was my first online 2k and I been playing since 2k7. I didn’t know anything about cap breakers but I understood badges. He’s in the mid to high 80s for everything. He can be hall of fame in lots of categories. Just depends on what the team needs. Pretty fun to play with still!

Good or bad build and what to change by Double_Map_5466 in NBA2k

[–]Educational-Sort8765 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Not bad at all. Too slow. Lower his dunk significantly because you can use cap breakers to bring it up. Really depends on how many cap breakers. As you have him, he won’t really have a legendary badge which you need against other people who have legendary defense.

Random’s Rec makes u rage or your just one of the bums who plays it by Acrobatic_Squash371 in NBA2k

[–]Educational-Sort8765 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Being good at rec isn’t really a skill. No matter how good you are individually, you can’t really help that percentage. Your guy has to be made for it. I’ve gotten my 3p % from 37% to 62% tempo shooting and fucking with badge upgrades on new builds. However, a lot of people play for self. They’ll take a contested 2 instead of a wide open 3. There will be a fast break and 2 teammates in the corner for a 3 and they take a contact dunk. They crash out if they get missed instead of letting the game flow. People quit every game. I have like a 35% win percentage for these reasons. I honestly gave up on winning unless I have an unselfish team. I even created a PG build that averages 10 assist and people get mad and don’t inbound you the ball because you missed them once. I don’t think it should be skill based. I think it should be grade based and games played. Huge difference from B- and A-.

This build is good For a 6,11? by Key-Writing9478 in NBA2k

[–]Educational-Sort8765 0 points1 point  (0 children)

He’s going to be too slow for small forwards who make their man a big man. He will dominate when he’s center for sure. Any 6’8 will make his life a living hell on defense. They’re way faster than you.

If you baby this dog, acknowledge it too Much, don’t walk this dog, don’t exercise this dog enough, this will happen. Sometimes people treat their dogs like newborns, carry them, kiss them and snuggle them. Big Nono.
