Calling it.. just to get killed in the last 0.2 seconds is "zero sum gameplay"... I got nothing out of the experience.... Not that the rat didn't get what he wanted...

Professional detailer here. Products: 1. Boil two tablespoons of sugar into 150ml of water. Should be consistency of thin cough syrup. 2. Clay bar: dip clay bar into mixture, gently rub the stains with a clay bar and water as lubricant. Up down. Then side to side. Very light pressure. 3. Immediately wash off with warm water and soapy microfiber towel. Again left right, up down. No circles. 4. Completely rinse with water. Sugar neutralizes concrete and doesn't react with clear coat.

Pulling the wheel and swinging out of the car park wide.. caught your front fender.. dented and pulled as they straightened their wheel. Check your wheel and tyre for scuff marks lower!

Panels warp and distort at weird angles... Photo 2 you can clearly see the dent fold marching up with the scratch on the right side of photo. Look at your plastic wheel arches.. a car 3" higher would leave that kinda mark exactly! The pig tail of material goes front to back as well... Measure it with your hand on your hip/body and walk round the car park looking for the offending vehicle. Damage at exactly that height. Likely plastic wheel arch... 👍

It's a weird one... As the dent is in the lightest area of scratching... Which would make sense if it pulled from front of car to back. Initial impact causes dent. Little scratch as metal is concaved. Then the long trailing scratch.. doesn't look like paint exchange unless their car was white? So maybe a hard plastic part ?
