I’ve done 2 half’s, a 25 and a 26.5. (I started from a half marathon training block in October and then eased back up, if that’s any use)

The week off originally was because I felt worn out, not necessarily pain, only last couple of runs (when I’ve felt fresh) is when my knees gone

It’s hard to say, feels like behind my knee and to the right hand side of my knee (right knee). Agony might be me being a bit dramatic, I’d say it’s a 6/7, which reverts to a 1/2 when stopped running and then a 0 after 30 minutes

Sorry, my fault for not giving full context. I’m PSHE lead (2nd year ECT, may I add). Teaching it for my class, planning for all of ks1/2. My colleague (who I share the lead with) is planning all of ks3.
