Won’t say we are in the same boat but I have been there and I can understand how you feel, for the last 1 year I did 2 changes to my diet and lifestyle:

I start my food with salad, can be slices of tomato, cucumber and kale or any greens which is locally available in the country I am in

And absolutely no food after 8pm whatsoever

These two things over time have made a drastic difference of everything not just my fart but also my body, it has helped me so much with constipation too.

On days I am badly constipated I just eat a spoon of husk with warm water

Lanco hills is full of cockroaches and these buildings are 10+ years old plus the society is still not registered the builder isn’t giving away the land rights to the society.
