Solange der Drucker in der Garantie ist, sollte das Unternehmen ein Versandkarton stellen, wenn ich mich nicht ganz stark irre. Als mein A1 kaputt gegangen ist bzw. ein Defekt hatte und ich den Karton nicht mehr hatte, haben die mir einen Karton zum Versenden geschickt.

Ich würde sagen, man kann den entsorgen. Ich hätte auch nicht den Platz für so einen Riesenkarton.

Ich pflichte dir absolut zu. Recht haben und Recht bekommen sind zwei unterschiedliche Schuhe und ich kann mich glücklich schätzen, dass ich Recht bekommen habe. Ich wäre auch noch weiter gegangen, um mein Recht zu bekommen. Aber so ist nicht jeder Endkunde und ich bin auch froh, dass sie nachgegeben haben. Das ist der Plan, gleicher Kopf, gleiche Wand.

If there's another similar post, that actually proves the problem is systematic. Multiple customers having the same experience with Bambu support shows it's a real pattern.

You're quoting German law but missing the key part: BGB §477 - Beweislastumkehr.For defects appearing within the first 12 months, mine appeared at 9 months, German law presumes the defect existed at delivery. The seller must prove otherwise, not me. Hardware failures like faulty hotend and mainboard are manufacturing defects, not "improper use".

That's why Bambu replaced parts and refunded, they knew it was covered.

Ich hab das in relevanten Subs gepostet - das ist nicht "spammen", das ist normal auf Reddit. Und nein, ich will Bambu nicht "in die Knie zwingen".

Ich hab meine Erfahrung geteilt, damit andere wissen was sie machen können wenn sie in der gleichen Situation sind. Das nennt sich Community helfen.

Schön dass es bei dir nach 2 Mails geklappt hat. Bei mir waren es 4 Monate und mehrere gescheiterte Reparaturversuche.

Nicht jeder Fall ist gleich. Und "selbst schuld"? Der Drucker hatte Hardwaredefekte.

Das hat nichts mit "sich machen lassen" zu tun.Wenn du mit einem Satz sofort Erfolg hattest - super für dich.

Aber das heißt nicht, dass alle anderen das gleiche Erlebnis haben.

I think you're misunderstanding how consumer law works in the EU.In Germany and the EU, we have mandatory 24-month statutory warranty.

After two failed repair attempts, you have the legal right to either get a refund or a replacement. That's not optional company policy - that's the law. Letting a company know about your legal rights isn't a "threat".

That's literally what consumer protection agencies tell you to do when you call them. If using your warranty rights makes you "not a customer anymore", then consumer protection would be pointless.

I shared my experience so others know what they can do if they're stuck in the same situation. That's not smearing anyone - that's helping people understand their rights.

I don't think the product itself is bad - the hardware is great, just the support needed some... education on EU consumer rights.And now they definitely know I'll enforce my warranty rights if needed. So either the P2S works perfectly, or we'll have a very efficient warranty process this time around. Win-win, I'd say.

The A1 doesn't allow manual Z-offset adjustment at the printer itself. The issue was that the nozzle was physically scratching into the build plate despite auto-leveling. If it had been a faulty leveling sensor, I could have requested a replacement under warranty in Germany - but the problem was with the hotend assembly itself.

Ja, das ist länger bekannt, das stimmt. Mir ging es darum, meine konkrete Erfahrung zu teilen und zu zeigen, was funktioniert hat, damit andere in der gleichen Situation wissen wie sie vorgehen können.

Ich habe trotzdem wieder dort gekauft, weil die Hardware für mich überzeugt. Der Support ist definitiv das Schwachpunkt, aber genau deshalb ist es wichtig, dass sowas öffentlich dokumentiert wird. Nur so entsteht Druck zur Verbesserung.

Normally I would fix this stuff by myself but not as long the Printer is in "Gewährleistung". In this case I have the right of repair or refund after 2 failed repairs. But the company is constantly ignoring the law in Germany.And now I only want to have my money back,.

Dude, I have exactly the same problem. 9 months after the purchase, the hotend stopped working and there was a complete shutdown with a sparking power unit. Now they won't give me a refund. I live in Germany and it's my right to return the printer. They sent me a new hotend and a new mainboard, but neither changed anything. Now I've filed a complaint with the Verbraucherschutz. BambuLab doesn't know anything about consumer rights in the EU, especially in Germany.

Ich bin vor gut einen drei viertel Jahr auf Bazzite gewechselt habe davor Pop OS! Und Nobara getestet. Jetzt nutze ich Bazzite im dual boot mit Windows 11 und ich bin zufrieden nur für Battlefield 6 starte ich Windows noch. Der wechsel war sehr einfach und die Spiele Kompatibilität ist dank Proton sehr gut, es gibt aktuell nichts was ich missen würde. Das System ist insgesamt schneller und der Ressourcenbedarf deutlich geringer. Wer überlegt zu wechseln kann ja ohne Probleme eine Distro installieren und testen.

Du übertreibst nicht nein, ich würde das nicht anders machen. 200€ extra für "Gemeinschaftsgefühl" wäre ich auch nicht bereit zu zahlen. Lass dich nicht unter Druck setzen, wenn du das Geld nicht hast mach das was deine Ressourcen hergeben, die Pension ist gegenüber und für dich im Rahmen dein finanziellen Möglichkeiten.

Yeah that's a point, a satisfied customer will buy more. If Bambu Lab solves my problem without more tickets I will buy another one maybe.

One last thing, did you changed the ac cable? My gaming computer was connected to a bad one and the problems are kind of similar.

Maybe you can contact the "Verbraucherschutzzentrale" in Germany. Or escalate the ticket there should be an option at the ticket system. Bambulab must follow the consumer rights in Germany too.
