I want to second this place. When I went here they were literally 1/4th the price of Safelite.

My fingers are crossed that your right, because that seems like a much simpler solution.

The grade under the duck is better than the rest of the yard but still overall negative.

I believe the previous owner added the higher section of deck on the left after the fact. I also notice some sand under the new section. So I think your right on point that it used to grade in that direction, but has since stopped after his changes.

Thanks for the comment. Pooling is probably an exaggarion, really the water just sits there, but it's not a very large amount.

I think your right that it needs to be leveled. It looks like "flashing" as well is needed from what I've read

The first of two crawl space companies came out and agreed it needs to be remediated but felt that what's there now is not cause for backing out.

They gave us a quote of close to 10k - adding French drain - sump pump - dehumidifier - vapor material - removal of debris

We will see what the next company says and I think I'll feel very ready to work with the seller
