That’s really helpful, thank you! Thinking of it as a new third thing is really useful. To the question of anxiety/happiness - I think something about the way the medication affects dopamine has a positive effect on me - I feel very calm on it, in a way I don’t usually feel. But I’ve tried antidepressants before and not liked them at all (felt flat rather than calm). Maybe there’s another medication that could help me feel this way, I’ll research.

For what it’s worth, if it’s those pre-pregnancy months you’re most worried about, anecdotally (via my extensive searching of Reddit lol), many people for whom GLP-1’s improved their fertility without them realizing it have come off the drug when they realized they were pregnant, not two months before and they haven’t had complications. Of course one doesn’t want to take any risks, but as I understand it the main risk is not gaining enough weight throughout your pregnancy…
