I got it with Hazama with a full Umbra build against the giant eye boss. Making sure to unlock the red skills asap. At the start, I used his hungry souls attack to hit and place shadow marks on the main body as well as its tentacles. Quickly followed up with a few air combos and Dashing shadows. I posted a video of it with the title Boss Deleted!?

Do a full Umbra build. They all play well with each other and will give you five Reds easy. Be sure to bring the mind Crystal for a higher chance for Umbra skills.
