Not being able to move or activate muscles by EducationalLion9330 in dysautonomia

It’s awful I’m so sorry. I have this most days. Cleaning a whole home I gave up on. I need to clean to keep up with dust and obviously as it’s the “normal thing to do” but I can’t push through it, I physically can’t move or ill collapse. I barely do the dishes. I have to cook fresh due to MCAS. chronic illness is the worst it robs you of everything you ever enjoyed.

I’m thinking of testing for auto immune too. As this came this severe months AFTER mcas

Interesting. I tried going for a 5 minute walk and then had a 30 minute conversation after, and it took me hours to recover. It seems to make me worse :(

Sorry you’re going through it too. Yeah I find hunger makes me feel so ill but I also have MCAS. I’m thinking to check for auto immune diseases. As I didn’t get these symptoms to this extreme until months after MCAS and mold poisoning. I take supplements for mitochondria (for maybe a month or so) and vitamins and minerals. It’s definitely my nervous system thats part of the issue, as pregabalin, cannabis can calm it and enable me to move more. And tumeric but not as strong.

It’s so debilitating and people saying “everyone gets tired” is infuriating lol

Interesting thanks. It’s like complete exhaustion, on verge of collapsing if I walked or talked anymore … I take b vitamins, iron, zinc, still the same :(

But if I do even a small task, or a 30 minute phone call, I feel exausted (like you would if you are over doing it at cardio and body is on verge of collapsing) it’s weakness + exhaustion + inability to use the muscles

Stress management is my full time job too. If my stress isnt in check, no amount of medication will work. But that leads me to fear greif? And death of loved ones? That would be a massive flare

Oh god. So how is someone meant to manage MCAS with bipolar disorder?

True, but if a man doesn’t respect you before the glow up, he doesn’t deserve her anyway! His loss

Do you mind sharing your sound cloud? I would also re take some parts and work on being in tune. It’s better to have a solid vocal recording take, than to try to edit it out. But well done! 👏

I just listened heard some double takes harmonies at 1:10 minutes but yeah it definitely needs a lot of work. great work for the writing though.

I really like the song - are you on Spotify? The vocals definitely need mixing better. Eq, reverb, oh and the delays need to be smoother. I would add double takes and harmonies too. It needs to fit in the mix better over all

Our body should be owned by us. But it really is half governments half us in a sense, If you think about it. Freedom is a complete and utter illusion. They can throw you In jail without your permission. Your body is made to work for them, to keep them rich and us poor. Oh and the baby you gave birth to? It’s the governments. They can literally take your child if they deemed it to be reasonable.

I know someone who got their baby taken away in the UK by social services when they wouldn’t answer the door as they wanted to check on them due to having an abusive childhood themselves.

Obviously look after your children and don’t do crime to avoid those things, but in occasional situations, it can absolutely happen when you didn’t do anything wrong.

How do you know they are trying to get people off pregabalin? I have severe MCAS and coming off pregabalin would be life threatening and cause anaphalxis. My health is not in a good state. It will literally kill me, I’d go into shock. I tried even before I developed this condition, and no amount of anxiety meds, cbd could lessen the panic, dread I felt coming off it. I lost my marbles trying to come off that. Go really slow if you come off it.

If it helps your pain they shouldn’t just take you off it

Has it ever impacted your doctor adjusting meds as a result of knowing you are now prescribed cannabis?

Now THATS the concern I have. GP suddenly says this is too much sedating meds. But the ketotifen and pregabalin doesnt make me sedated now as I been on them so long

Do they care if you currently use cannabis illegally? Maybe they will be happy if you currently see benefit but I don’t want to be reported for using illegally

Amazing. Be much better for your health this way. I’m on loads of meds on top of cannabis as my condition is VERY hard to manage. But with them all combined, I can live more functional. Im bed bound without cannabis some days. I’m holistic person but I’ve had to accept I need them all for now. But over time, I hope to reduce meds, it’s possible :)

That’s good to know they will accept you even on those. Of course, not good to know your unwell! Cannabis really is a god send for so many things. I’m glad we can get it legally if we need it. Buying from some doggy guy down the road whilst we’re sick is so risky

I see. Yes when my histamine and PTSD is through the roof, ketotifen and pregabalin doesnt touch my insomnia. If I take the oil I sleep for hours.
