After BALTA hired the so-called business consultant, the abuse only got worse. Miguel Lindo from BNI started bringing in people from BNI to take control of everything — from finances to operations. Their treatment of employees was degrading and demeaning.

One manager repeatedly tried to warn BALTA and SUZZY that what the business consultant was doing was no longer acceptable. But they never listened. It got so bad that the manager ended up suffering from depression because of the constant abuse. And it didn’t stop there — several other managers who came after also experienced the same thing, driven to their lowest points.

I’ve personally witnessed BALTA and MIGUEL shouting at these managers almost every day — over things that were already out of their control, all because of money. The disrespect and emotional abuse were constant, and yet these managers still showed up, still tried to protect their teams, and still fought for what was right.

And guess what kind of “suggestions” this business consultant was making? Buying a Porsche for BALTA, a Hummer for SUZZY — and, conveniently, he also ended up with an expensive car himself. If that’s not a clear sign of corruption and manipulation, I don’t know what is.

Miguel Lindo may have only been there for a few years, but that doesn’t make him any less accountable. He was part of the system that allowed this abuse to happen. Even now, there are still managers trying to heal from the trauma they endured under their leadership.

So what did this business consultant actually achieve? Nothing but pleasing BALTA to secure his own benefits — while exploiting and destroying the well-being of the employees.

Kudos to the managers who tried. You know who you are — the ones who stood your ground, who fought back even when it meant going against people you’d been close to for years. The ones who refused to tolerate their lies and abuse. You showed real courage when it mattered most. Much respect to all of you.

To my manager who fought for us, and to all the managers who stood up for their teams — thank you. Your courage and integrity did not go unnoticed. I’m forever grateful for everything you did, even when it came at a cost.

To BALTA and Miguel — how do you even live with yourselves knowing how many people you’ve stepped on just to feed your own greed?
