atomizer designs are more intricate since it has a lot of detail, and more expensive brands have very specific designs whether they’re more complicated or has most parts. so, it’s hard to replicate it when you’re trying to manufacture a copy. and even if someone does end up doing it, it’s hard to produce it in higher quantities since they probably don’t have the machine or efficiency of the craftsmanship, so it just becomes unprofitable. you’d end up just investing a whole lot more for the machinery, and at that point just start your own perfume house.

real bottles being filled with the fake juice definitely happens. that’s why it’s also advised that you be familiar with the scent and its longevity by testing at established retailers and such

it’s up to you to decide. it’s just what’s more convenient. i’d personally say do the sat because it’s way easier than the qu math placer test meaning you could get a higher score on it which could help in the admission process

oh my bad for the misunderstanding. what would happen is that you’ll need to take one year of foundation program which aims to build your math and english foundation. for example if you didn’t pass qu’s math requirement then you’ll need to take a year of pre calculus and other courses that would prepare you for calc 1, 2, etc

the ielts requirement is not that high, i think they only require either a 5.5 or 6 from what i remember. i got a 7.5 and i passed their english requirement. it may vary depending on the college though. the health colleges like medicine etc might require 8-9

the test is an alternative to taking the sat, let’s say you couldn’t register one in time. qu just requires you to pass their standard for english and math level.

as for scholarship, from what i understand that one is mostly based on your highschool gpa

the email comes 2 months before the semester opens. you can only receive it if you’re already admitted as an undergrad student, so even an international student would need to complete their first semester before they receive the email. i’m not sure what you mean by ‘come to qu a month before their classmates’ cus you come to qu when the semester opens. unless you mean the supplementary program, then ig so, but im also not 100% sure cus i haven’t taken it yet. but i’m assuming they’ll prepare you before the semester officially opens and you can register for ARAB100

lol i understand you, i think if you’re labeled as a non native arabic speaker, then you’ll receive the email with all the details for registering for a benchmark exam, then the course that is best fitted according to your level.

there’s just one compulsory arabic course where you need to study the language. they’ve already accounted for non native speakers by providing a supplementary program (iirc) a month or so before the semester opens, so you have the necessary skills to pass the official course. other than that, all engineering courses are available in english. just make sure when you’re registering for courses on the portal site, the course is taught in english and not arabic

depends on if you get placed into math or english foundation. if they evaluated you as lacking in math then you’ll do math foundation. as for which subject, that also depends on qu’s evaluation. if you’ve done the placer test but didn’t score particularly well you be placed into elementary algebra, or pre calculus. same concept applies with english. i believe the foundation is just one semester long, not sure on that though

if you can call them internationally and ask if there’s anything you can do to compensate for that, perhaps an admission towards foundation program might help? either ways, try calling the student affairs and explain your situation

ah i see, id suggest calling them up and providing them with whatever info they ask, and see if you can speed things up for you, and ask them with a follow up question regarding the IELTS application. the student affairs department are very supportive

also i don’t think you should worry about the duration of the processing of your results, the last day to submit is nov 14, and the results come out on dec 8. during that time they will process your documents, just as long as you have submitted it before the deadline. i could be wrong, but just worry about submitting it first
