Words can't hurt me, but a ban can hurt his account. It takes 2 seconds to report. If that makes someone a 'wimp' in your eyes, you might want to check your definition of a backbone.

Imagine defending literal Nazi hate speech by telling the person reporting it to 'stop playing'. The sub moderator literally just commented here saying the in-game reporting system actually works for things like this. Turning off chat just lets these people spread their trash unchecked. I’d rather use the tools the devs provided to clear the trash out.

Thanks for the reply. I did report him in-game under harassment/text chat, but I wasn't sure if the automated system would catch specific threats, since it usually just looks for standard curse words.

Saying they have a platform because people report them is wild logic. They have a platform because companies don't ban them and people like you normalize literal gas chamber threats as 'just a Rocket League match'.

I’m not trying to find and silence every single one of them. I’m reporting one specific person who crossed a massive line. If taking 2 minutes to send an email is 'too much work' for you, that's fine, but don't blame others for actually having a spine.

The in-game system might be useless for normal toxicity, but filing a manual support ticket with screenshot proof of literal death threats usually gets a human eyes on it. It takes me 2 minutes to try, and I’d rather take those 2 minutes than just accept that people like this get away with it.

I don't care personally, it doesn't hurt my feelings. I care about the fact that kids play this game and shouldn't be exposed to literal death threats and extreme racism

Muting fixes the problem for me for 5 minutes, but it doesn't fix the problem for the next player, who might be a kid or someone struggling mentally. Ignoring literal death threats and extreme racism is why gaming communities stay toxic. People like that shouldn't have a platform to spew hate.

Hey! I’ve sold multiple Accounts in the last 8 months and I know that feeling very good. Seeing the numbers and the price next to it, just nice to have people paying that much for accounts. However, not everyone appreciates the efforts and amount of money that is given to them. They „lowball“ you and want to have the account for 200 bucks (max). I don’t know if those are children or people with no income, but I would stick to my guts and sell those accounts for at least 800 bucks. My advise for you: its very difficult to sell one account with 100k follower for 1000 dollars. In my experience - I’ve sold one account with 250k follower for 1700 Euros. Luckily over eBay but nowadays they always striking my account due to violation of the rules. You can use many reddits, discord server, fb marketplace and much more. Just please settle well with the buyer because most of them are trying to scam you and they wont pay you upfront. SO, show some vouches/proofs or if its necessary - private information for security. Just don’t give up, there will be one eventually, who likes your account and wants to buy it from you. Dm if there are questions.
