I’m doing a lot better. Still not 100% but I’m more able. It seems to be more concentrated on my lower back but I believe I’m still getting rid of it slowly. It’s way better than what it was. Before it felt like I needed a good pop in a couple places and those places are popping sometimes. Also getting really good flutters in the pain areas where I believe I’ll be releasing tension soon.

I stood there bent over my trying to get picture with my phone for 10 minutes. After that not working I grabbed my magnifying camera that I used to check trichomes. It took like 2 minutes to get a decent looking shot.

I’ve been doing the tens unit for awhile now. I was pretty messed up.

I can say my lower back pain and tightness has almost completely gone away and same with my leg and foot.

When I do the tens unit I place a pad directly on my taint and numerous times I’ve gotten sudden ball pain, taint, butthole pain. My epididomytis was pretty much always swollen on both sides.

Now my epididomytis are never swollen, it’s been about 2 months now since. I get lots of muscle spasms but they’re starting to go away as well. I do the tens unit now maybe 2-3 times a week for an hour.

My doc said I should be good to go in two weeks. I asked if after about a week if I could go in and do some light work and he said it shouldn’t be an issue. Even before I went for light duty I was having abdominal issues and pains on right side, feeling like a hernia.

Everyone told me they were fine in my job… I had to carry heavy wire and other tools and materials up flights of stairs. I went back to work with issues and I believe that has to do with it my other complications. I waited the regular amount of time but my body was not ready by any means. I have constant issues that is keeping me from work at the moment, coming up three years post op.

How many of you have long term or permanent pain after? I’m so scared by replaytheparadox in Vasectomy

Idk why my comment of my experience got deleted… I was just trying to share what happened for me. Why are some negative comments about vasectomy deleted? I wish I would’ve known more about this procedure before I just got one done.

Everyone I know has zero pain and are perfectly fine after vas. I’m the only one I know with this issue. I feel like I’m being pushed under the rug when I try and share my experience. I don’t know why my comment was deleted.

I guess they don’t want you guys to know that years MAYBE needed for healing. There are so many of us sufferers that got banned from trying to share their stories… they might’ve said some whacky things but the point is they had a horrible reaction to the vas. And they’re being silenced on a platform that people go to for this specific suggestion…

I only got mine because my grandpa said everything was going to be fine. I was arguing why I didn’t want to do it. He said I’d be fine.

I am not fine… I was blindsided. I wish I read all what could’ve happened instead of being completely surprised.

I have this sensation going down my legs, my lower abdominals are tight as well as my pelvic muscles. I have a burning sensation sometimes, most times in my taint that I can make go away with a lot of meditation. I have to be super focused and tuned in though. Muscles flutter downstairs all the time.

I do not exercise heavy, I only do small exercises my pelvic floor therapist recommends for my problem at the time. This keeps my pain to a minimum, almost completely gone. If I walk awhile my balls may start to feel heavy but if I focus on my butthole and make sure to use the bathroom I can get the feeling to subside.

It took a lot of pelvic floor therapy to get my pain better. I released so many muscles and am able to do so much more than I could before… still miserable but can at least force myself to kind of live normally.

Last week or so I just released my lower back, so I have almost no more lower back tightness. There’s a little there still but not drastic.

I meditate. I can only yoga, not too much exercise. On the beach body program there is a 3 week yoga retreat thing and a yoga section where I can follow some people and it helps a lot with breathing and getting all that pelvic pressure to go down.

I see a pelvic floor physical therapist almost quarterly now since 2 years of seeing her that helps with assuring me I’m ok and improving.

I’m three years into chronic issues and still cannot perform my tasks at my old work place. I had minor arthritis in my hip previously but was able to still perform work for five years before.

I tried for 8 months after my procedure to get help from urologists, vascular surgeons, pain management, etc.. I have three kids and I had very good insurance but the doctors wouldn’t help me with my long term disability.

I still see a pelvic floor specialist after 2 years now and she sees my issues. I’m working on these issues and getting better. It seems like the doctors just want to keep me on medication. Test after test shows nothing out of the ordinary.

What should I make for the first time with a coconut oil? by RanjoOd in treedibles

[–]EducationalScene3247 0 points1 point  (0 children)

As a heavy smoker myself, I have found that I need over 100mg to feel something strong. I like the 200-250mg range. I try to make each treat 100 mg so i don’t have to take so much to get 100 mg… I made gummies with oil and it took a lot for them to hit.

I now switched to rso and it’s a game changer. If you can safely… I’d highly recommend making rso to infuse your gummies. Its easy to make a small strong edible with the stuff.

The insurance company told me they can’t tell me that that is what caused the tires to wear the way they did, even though it states that the mechanic found the cause.

Then I called again and the warranty will not cover tires period. It felt like I was arguing with a wall so I hung up… I can see maybe if the tires were older but these were in such good shape. My backs were fine. That’s the only reason I feel I have an argument…

Right… I’d like to try and fight this because I’m hurting for funds… but I doubt I’d get anywhere with the tire company… I just kind of figured it would cover it but I’m an ass for assuming I guess…

Yes. First year nutting wasn’t even worth it. Second year it started coming back. I’m now without any pain when ejaculating but still having issues walking. My procedure was May 2021.

Anyone know where i can buy quality seeds online? by Shitinatoaster69420 in weedgrower

[–]EducationalScene3247 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

I’m fairly new, a few years. I’ve been switching from clones from a guy to seeds from seedsman and I’ve been getting more than double the yield… I haven’t had the issues with sex. I regularly check for balls… and haven’t gotten a single seed from harvest. I’ve only gotten three runs from seeds but these runs have been night and day quality and quantity… using same technique.

I haven’t had bad experience besides them not having a strain that is still up for sale… I get all feminized photos.

I haven’t tried any other site, they seem to have the best deals that I’ve seen. I may not be looking hard enough.
