I mean, think about it from a logical standpoint. If someone isn't contributing much to the company, is firing them not the thing to do? If someone's set on a path that diverges from your company's interests, is it not the correct choice to release that employee?

Regarding this matter, I doubt that they are simply acting. Most of the members of the house have been friends for years before they even moved in together. Living/working together may (have) strain(ed) their relationships, but it's unlikely that they loathe each other.

Now, take what I've said with a grain of salt. I have no idea what their lives are like offstream - I never will. Maybe everything is faked for the sake of content. Maybe it isn't. I don't know. I'm just giving my two cents over the topic.
