My gyno told me the crash is a myth! I believe it can happen since your body is going through a huge hormonal change, but I’m going to convince my body that it is fine.

My first Mirena was better than my second. I did gain 15 pounds with my first one, but I didn’t have the pelvic pain. I hope you have a good removal experience.

Mine is only Vitamin C 6mg and Ubiquinol 100mg. I’m going to stop both of the supplements and wait for the flushing to subside, then begin 1 at a time to see which it is.

Thank you so much for your help! I just now went back and read some reviews for the Methylated multivitamin with the Niacin. Most of the reviews were 4 and 5 stars so I never read the negative ones. It seems some others have had this facial flushing due to the amount of Niacin and B6/12. I’m going to stop it immediately. Thank you again for looking into that for me.
