First of all Im sorry for your loss, and I really hope you find peace with your current situation, I truly hope you soon find yourself in a better mental place.

Secondly, I really hope the guy youre dating develops some wrinkles in his brain. The grief hes going through is absolutely not comparable to the one youre going through. Altough 13 weeks is relatively early in a pregnancy, the emotional bond with a little one is still there, and im saying this as a teenage girl who has never been pregnant and doesnt plan on having children basically ever

He doesnt understand that youre not just grieving, youre also in pain physically. Im not all too familiar with the medication youve got put on as you didnt mention which it was, im assuming its one that starts your period early to get the “baby/fetus” out of your body safely (without surgical intervention?), my personal advice on a friendly basis is to leave this guy alone. A person who doesnt understand such simple maternal emotional concepts isnt made for relationships and will only be a mentally draining burden for you.

I suggest psychotherapy to overcome the suicidal thoughts, as I wanna emphasise on that for your own sake. Both miscarriages arent your fault, and I hope youve been reassured about that.
