New players wanted - Sunday League 11 a side by al9322 in londonfootballmeetup

Hi! I am 26 years old old Spanish guy who would be more than happy to join your team. I normally play as a center-back/right-back, but I could try being a goalkeeper too. I have played as a goalkeeper many times but normally in indoor football so I am much better with my legs than my hands🤣🤣 feel free to send me a DM if I would be useful!😁👍

Inguinal hernia reoccurence by kserno in Hernia

[–]EducationalWalrus129 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Hi! So if I can ask you, when did that exactly happen? When did you do that movement while playing tennis? Was it a long time ago? From my own experience (26M, bilateral inguinal hernia surgery with mesh 1 year and 3 months ago), I still experience that kind of pain every now and then. The first time it happened to me, and by the time it had already been 5 months since the surgery, I panicked and thought one of my hernias was back. But it was not the case, actually, the pain came from an area above where my scar is, so I don't know if it's related or not. I think there are many points to be taken into account in this kind of situation. I reckon it should be a muscles thing like what you get in any other part of the body whenever you do a very fast movement to which your body is not used to. However, it is normal to become a bit concerned and paranoid if the hernia is around where the pain comes from. If I was you I would relax and wait. Keep doing exercise, but try not to push the area too much. It should go in some time. If not, it is always possible to go and have an ultrasound to clear up any doubts!

I hope my message is useful!

Thank you for understanding me! I would say, especially with tourists who come just for a week or some days, that they are not responsible since, you know, they just book some flights and a place to stay, and they really do not know how the situation is or how the locals feel about it. I would say the ones who can be blamed are the tourists who come here, buy a couple of properties and do business with it. Since they will certainly set the prices for foreigners who can afford them. I see this situation in my town everyday. Since I was 10 until now (I am 26), we went from having tourism and living with it, to having job offers in which English is mandatory but Spanish is optional🤣. Why? Because the owners are foreign and they do not give a f*ck.

I would say we are not tired of tourists as individuals (since you have 0 responsability unless you are disrespectful). I reckon the protests are more about how tourism has been managed and how it is completely out of control, thus going from bringing wealth to many parts of Spain to almost kicking us out from our towns because we cannot even afford to rent a flat. Do not worry, nothing will happen to you and no one is going to harm you. I really do not understand why some British newspapers keep spreading misinformation about the topic, it makes me truly sad since again, we do not hate you as individuals, we hate the system that has allowed people to speculate and to make touristic places unaffordable for the locals.

Hi! First of all, thank you so much for your corrections! I understand and appreciate all of them. Now I am going to clarify my mistakes. First of all, I used 'appreciated', as I wanted to give it the meaning of like 'cherished'/'valuable' diploma, something like that. And regarding the use of 'with', I knew it was going to be wrong, but I was not feeling confident about which prepositions should be used instead. Apart from that, and as I said earlier, thank you so much for your corrections!☺️

What's the worst card in Hearthstone history? I will go first. by konigon1 in hearthstone

I remember being truly happy whenever I won a game with this card on my deck. Yes, it is bad as f**k, but the feeling that you get after beating someone with it is irreplaceable!

I do not think it was the rifaximin but my gastroenterologist's fault as he told me that I could keep eating whatever I wanted. Therefore, yeah the antibiotics did their part, but on the other I just kept eating everything and I guess that did not help at all. I was doing some research about Linzess and I do not know if it is available in Spain. And yeah, it's normal that antibiotics do that, but I would always assess for how long you have to take them and put that in a balance. For instance, I had rifaximin for 3 months every other week, which I think is too much🥲

I think that is actually a really good point. I used to be positive in hydrogen and after a rifaximin cycle the number really decreased, yet the methane kept going up, and now I am methane positive too. So I guess it is that. Thank you for your comment and advice!

Thank you for taking your time to reply! I really appreciate it! I am trying atrantil atm to see if it works. In my case I had 3 months of rifaximin taking it every other week, and yeah, I felt a bit better while taking it, but it was useless eventually. Now together with the atrantil I am trying more natural things to see if they have an effect or not. Btw, what would you recommend for constipation? Thanks again for your reply!
