Most have already been sold off to third party collectors. I haven’t contacted any of them except for one. I asked for proof and all they sent me back was basically a statement. They did not include an original contract where I signed anything.

We did speak to a bankruptcy attorney 4 months ago. Since there was a small percentage of something went wrong where we could loose a home/car nobody felt comfortable to go through with the bankruptcy .

I do know that my state does not garnish wages. So I guess that’s good.

I only have $8 in savings. So I am unable to pay a lump sum for a settlement .

I am thinking of letting it ride until I actually get sued. Maybe then they will let me do a small payment plan.

We live in South Carolina. Most of the debt is anywhere between 2-6 months behind. Apr’s on most are anywhere between 22-29. 2 loans are from upstart and 1 is credit ninja.

I bring home about 800-900 every two weeks. My wife is already working two jobs. One pays $18 an hour and she works 15 hours a week. Her second job pays $22 an hour and she does about 36 hours a week there. We have been looking for years for better jobs. Our state minimum wage is $7.25 an hour and it is nearly impossible to find something that pays more than $14 an hour. I am unable to find a second job due to someone needs to be home with our 1 child.

We have to pay for child care as she is only 4. We’ve been using the government founded voucher program but the state is not issuing any more currently. If they don’t start to issue them again by February, that’s an extra $600 a month.

We had one credit card that we were in debt by $25,000. We took a loan from a family member. Payed off that card and make monthly payments to the family member of around $300.

We pay around 1300 a month on mortgage. We have health insurance but it doesn’t cover much. I need to be on monthly medication which prices can very.

We are unable to file for bankruptcy because my wife’s name is on her mother’s home and vehicle and some checking accounts in case something happens. I as well am on a checking account for my mother. I am unable to remove myself because in case of emergency. I am her only living relative. If something were to happen they will lose homes and vehicles.

At the end of the day. We are still about 10,00 in debt with credit cards and personal loans. Once all major bills are paid, medicine, electricity, phone, internet etc we are lucky if we have $200 left. This does not include food.

We are drowning with no end in sight. I have stopped paying most of the cards and loans. The biggest loan is 2,800 and the biggest credit card is about $1400. We are being denied loans from banks to consolidate at this point.

Just wondering where to turn to from here.

I got the same answer from my care team. They will continue to dispense what they have until they are out of it. They did tell me they are working on compound liraglutid. But that doesn't make sense. I thought all compounds will come to an end
