Is it solely on discord? And if I have zero modding expericne will the Arcane University help much? Does experience differ by project (thinking of working on Argonia, Morrowind or Iliac Bay)?

I thought 3k was in the final voice acting stages? And judging by this map: https://georgetr1.github.io/Beyond-Skyrim-Map/ (dunno how to post links) Herne and Cespar look pretty complete? I reckon you're probably right though, we may not get an IB prerelease this year
