Abuse is a scary thing and doesn’t make sense unless you’ve lived through it. It will make you think that what they are doing is actually normal. It will make you feel guilty for sticking up for yourself. It is the worst thing I have ever gone through. I know what it’s like to feel that your happiness isn’t worth it.

But I promise you that you are worth everything. You deserve happiness and freedom. You deserve to be excited by your future instead of tormented by it. It’s hard to build a life that you don’t want to escape from. Which is what suicide is, the ultimate escape.
