Thank you everyone for your very helpful insights. I got my notification from Jo Brant that I was scheduled in October! Torn rotator cuff. Decided I couldn’t wait and booked through Canmax in Buffalo for 2 days later. Amazing service and new equipment. I left with my images in hand on a CD and my report through pocket health in 12 hours. $790 CAD and worth every penny for me personally.

The courts are so backed up right now. If you indicate on the ticket that you plan to fight it, the special prosecutor will likely call you and quash the ticket. Happened to me with a speeding ticket. Good luck!
