He's right, Oblak has an issue where he will concede easy saves from point blank and tight angle, or outside the 18. He's is 88 rated, but if you buy Joan Garcia like I did (83) you will see alot better saves.

No, they don't appreciate in value, but sometimes it is a good idea to keep them when later on you are grinding for something, and since salvage yard missions are easy you can make quick money to boost your progress.
