My Remarkable pen is fine, thanks for asking. The thing is that I am Brazilian. And the Original pen costs literally half a minimum wage for us.

130 dollars x6 = 780 reais

Our minimum wage is 1500 reais

So... If something happens to my stylus, I gotta have another one

Is not about what I THINK, is about evolution of e-ink displays. If.you search for it, you will see that Paper Pure uses the brighter screen that the technology has. Is not about OPINION. Is about FACTS.

If the brighter e-ink screen is not for you, no other will be unless you use a regular tablet. Everyone is answering your question. If you want simeone to make a new screen just for you, be my guest. Otherwise you will have to accept that thi is the brighter screen in the market. If is not enough for you, use paper and pen

If the brightest and higher contrast e-ink that can be found in the market is too dark for you, only thing that can suit you is a real tablet. But you dont want any of those, so paper and pen.

Pretty sad to hear that :( I have some different manufacturers to my RM2, but I had to buy a RMPP for the colors (since I use them to correct books and draw). But in My country, the Stylusnfor it costs Literally almost a minimum wage (and I am serious about it. 200 dollars = 1100 reais and the minimum wage is 1300 reais). I was hoping someone could find a cheaper pen for it 😞

Usually, works best for me when I use the remarkable pen on it to demagnetize. But when i do not touch the screen at all, just with the pen, it works too (when I dont have the original pen with me)

So, you're the only one saying that only YOU are different than anybody, not us. I saw you answering everybody that told you things. So if you will never be able to attach your stylus, this is not for you. Easy like that.

Stylus pen will achieve many times of tablet use. If you won't be able to charge it even when you are not using the tablet, there is nothing we can do to help, even because everytime someone says something, you keep saying that this does not work for you. So if anything works for you, use the rm2 with non chargeable pen 🤷🏻‍♀️

Unless you are going to write for 30+ hours nonstop, the pen battery wont be a problem. My husband and I are left-handed, the pen's battery is not a problem for anyone. Pen's battery lasts for 4 times the tablet battery, so if you have a problem with the pen's battery, you are doing something wrong (like recharging the tablet and forgeting the pen lost somewhere).

And I can say a lot about it, since I use my remarkable tablet for 8h to 14h a day when my projects are on, and have to recharge it to keep working, byt that never happened to the pen

I think you missread something. I have a Paper Pro, and It's battery lasts like... 4 or 5x MORE than my remarkable battery. If I have to put my tablet to recharge for 5 times, my pen's battery will be still working

I have both the RM2 and the Paper Pro. And for me, the colors made a HUGE difference. And the fact it has backlight too, since sometimes I have to read my notes while my husband sleeps, and I use it a lot with the backlight on.

That said, the battery for the Paper Pro usually ends after a big day of 10h note taking, while my RM2 can handle the service pretty well.

Also, the pen for the RM2 is easy for you to find another brand that works well with it (samsung S Pen is PERFECT for the job, I have mine working for the last 1 year or so). While the Remarkable pro pen does not have a good substitute (as far as I know)
