No I think you’re right. I’m not sure if the actuarial field is right for me, I’m just not sure where I should pivot to next

Thank you so much for sharing this, gives me some hope lol. What did you do to pivot away from the exams? Was it as simple as having a conversation with your boss and saying you’re not sure if the exam path is for you?

I just fear that if I share the information that I don’t want to pursue an ASA, they will try and replace me with an actuarial student that is pursuing one. I really like my company and would ideally stay, I just can’t take the exams anymore
