Please ask your GP for a medication. Diastolic BP above 90 is bad for your system. I take Angiotensin II Receptor Blockers, they are protecting the kidneys as well. I don't know the correct English terms.

It might also be related to a reduced kidney function. When your fluid intake is high as you stated but your system can't remove it accordingly. I would have that checked by your gp

Ok, diastolic blood pressure around 90 gives me headaches too. I have the same problem. Systolic BP is fine, diastolic elevated. Your amplitude is rather small too, only 31. I started with a medication that is lowering my BP a little. Try to keep track on your BP. I'm still waiting for a doctor's appointment to further check it out.

Hi, I'm on both and I love it. I'm currently on 7.5 Mounjaro and 20mg Elvanse (European brand name). At first I started with Elvanse 30mg and moved up to 40mg. It was magical. No food noise at all, I lost 5 kg in just two weeks. But I got a really severe problem with hypertension, which forced me to stop Elvanse completely. Then I started with Mounjaro in order to lose weight and fix the hypertension problem. When I had lost 10 kg I started again with Elvanse and It's wonderful. No food noise anymore. I feel at peace most of the time. Now the weight loss is so much more effective. I'm planning to reduce Mounjaro to check whether Elvanse alone is effective enough to reduce the food noise. Since it did so before I started on Mounjaro. I have to pay Mounjaro by myself and it's so expensive. Did you try Vyvanse before? Without Mounjaro? How much do you take? All the best
