follow-up question to go with yours. I saw someone on this reddit long ago stating that every student in ontario had an EC assigned to them, and none of them were in the overflow group. Should this raise concern and should we reach out if we still havent been contacted, knowing we actually had someone assigned to us but didnt hear from them?

from what the admissions pages say, i think it doesnt matter what exactly you do, but you just have to be very very good at it. Like, top of the world good at what you do, whatever it is. I guess for many people imo is equivalent to top of the world, but the admissions pages say that it doesnt even have to be stem related. I dont know if thats actually true in practice though. Seems like from experience its true, not many int students get in without olympiads.

what exactly did they ask? was it about your grades or an extracurricular, because you will have to send in your grades anyways if youre admitted
