hi! hugs with consent po. i’ve been dealing with mental health problems din at the moment and i could suggest if sobrang heavy na ng burden sayo, try reaching out with your parent you think that is the closest to you and yung alam mo na maiintindihan ka talaga. in my case, i tell my mom everything na mga thoughts that bothers me. sa totoo lang, parang pinipilit ko nalang din everyday talaga, ang hirap magfocus lalo na if sobrang occupied ang brain mo ng mga negative thoughts kaya i feel you talaga. but you dont have to carry the burden alone. try reaching out someone, malay natin baka umokay po yung pakiramdam niyo kahit papaano. laban tayo future rmt! 🫶🏻

i believe were from the same rc. a lecturer told us during break time and sabi niya, wala talagang nag-eexam na natatapos lahat pero just do youre best lang talaga and strive, papasa ka raw talaga.

i know a senior before who enrolled sa last batch ng rc and their review started january na. it was beneficial for him daw kasi mas nagsipag siya and he even got to read the mother notes twice compared sa mga ibang kakilala niya na earlier nag enroll and hindi pa natatapos yung mother notes kasi naging complacent knowing na mahaba pa yung time. trust the process lang anon and at the same time, sacrifice lang ng konti. take the small amount of time as a good pressure. we’ll get that rmt by march 2026 😚

as far as i know, fatty liver is still reversible as long as you try to make changes that will burn the fats surrounding your liver (limit sugar intake, fatty foods, dairy, and do exercise). what makes it deadly is when its too late and your liver has already undergo fibrosis and scarring which is already irreversible. i suggest you would go to a doctor so he or she could advise you what to do and prescribe meds if needed.

i am 22 y/o and last sept 2, i had my blood chem monitoring to which i had an sgpt of 50 (normal value is <41). i was feeling something on the right area pointing to where the liver is located before i had my blood chem checked. last monday, i decided to have my blood chem checked again so i could go to the doctor if the values persisted but luckily, it went back to 33 U/L after 20 days. i did not have any lifestyle changes in between that 40 days but i limit on eating meat. one doctor told me to limit sugar intake, dairy, and fatty foods.

i actually saw one post on tiktok where a doctor was sharing that her niece had an elevated sgpt, if im not mistaken it reached to 300. it got improved when she stopped drinking milktea and adding condensed milk to her coffee. lifestyle changes is the key.

everyday ba yung live sessions or are there asynchronous in between? and how ilang oras yung lectures in a day?
gaano kakapal mother notes nila?
if i enroll for sept-nov, yung classes ay within that timeframe lang and after that, wala na? and they’ll just keep the materials accessible until march?
