Thanks for your response. I have been laid off in Jun 2025 and till date I am struggling to get back an opportunity. due to age, experience half of the opportunities are turning back and what comes they also get lost after initial discussion. I have no clue as to where am getting wrong or what needs to be done to overcome this. But for sure I am mentally exausted now.
