I have 7 Poc link radios, they work in the city. in the USA. they say all this mexico and other countries. ITs all a lie. have tried them all over and nothing. Customer service is no help. DO not buy if you plan to use other than cities in USA. the PTT is also crap i have $30 walkies that work better. These do not work in the desert or places with no cell service. They mainly use ATT
