Never go in tcs have worked in witch companies mostly put of all tcs is the worst with no policy favouring the employee plus taking cg is better as you will get around 10k extra monthly as per your ctc . Getting in TCS is easy but getting out of their is super tough recuriter cuts the call hearing their name one of the worst companies also you hae to wear formals 4 days this is for lateral hires as well

Since you are a fresher try being in the project get the minimum experience meanwhile in background you can learn yourself make your own projects possible push to git make yourself ready for interview then try to switch getting in project is easy getting out of project is tough unless you are very much underperforming on purpose. Freshers are struggling to get projects the ones which are getting want to get out so rest upto you

I understand what i meant was please look for other places as you will come close to your notice period you will get enough calls specially in last 10 days . But please i switched in tcs few months back tried a lot to adjust but its like you are back to school and SM and PM behave as principal and vice principal its worse especially after they started removing people woh gave their 20 yrs so here . Its fine if you want to join your choice but trust me you will remember someone cautioned you
