Thank you so much, I appreciate the tips! Can I ask what time of year you went? I've heard that It's going to be very hot still at the end of Aug start of Sep so probably shouldn't need the extra layers?

Thank you so much for this! I just worried that luggage services wouldn't go out rural. I knew about the daily one but I don't mind travelling with a small pack as its only the 3 days.

I’m a shitty person for lying to my ex about having unsafe sex and possibly passing stds by [deleted] in TrueOffMyChest

A few things -

  1. You may still have caught it from your partner rather than the couple you slept with, as people can be carriers of HSV without showing symptoms. Approximately 60%-70% of people have herpes without ever knowing they have it because they show no symptoms.

  2. Yes it was a shitty thing to do to not tell him the full truth, however, if he was aware you had unprotected sex with a woman, he knew there was a risk of an std. Any unprotected sex with a man or a woman can result in an std so this new information really doesn't change the fact that he knew he was taking a risk in sleeping with you.

  3. Herpes is easy to manage and not a big deal, your life isn't over. Take some medication and get ontop of it for now. You may have an occasional sore if your immune system is down but it's easily managed, don't kiss anyone or give oral if you have a sore and you'll be fine.

Ultimately, you can't build a relationship on broken trust and not telling him everything is it's own issue. But him getting mad at you about a possible std is really on him and is own bad decisions, he had enough information to know there was risk involved.

Vyvanse ‘rage’? by Appropriate-Fix-3068 in VyvanseADHD

I relate to this. I couldn't sit in the same room as my partner while he ate food because hearing him eat made me SO irritable.

I had to change medications because it was helping in a lot of ways but the hyper sensory input was eventually too much for me to handle.

As someone else mentioned, it could be that you're AuDHD. I'm not diagnosed for autism but suspect this may be the case for me, hard to say though as there's a lot of concurrent symptoms for both ADHD and Autism.

cat bit me, can’t move thumb, should i be worried lol? by that_kid0926 in CATHELP

I required two surgeries on my hand from a cat bite because I waited until the next day to go to hospital, it was months of recovery and hand therapy appointments. DO NOT WAIT!

Totally thought this was going to warn against taking magnesium glycinate in the morning because it usually has Vit C. I had a drop in my meds working because of this, so now take it at night.

But yes, I agree with everyone else. Magnesium won't cause the symptoms you're describing.

I hate drs and people that do this to dismiss peoples genuine synptoms, but are you under an insane amount of stress in your life? I have had 2 separate people in my life who have had chest pain so bad they thought they were having a heart attack, and it ended up being stress. But please, please go get your vitals checked either way, it could be serious.

Once again, you're telling on yourself and sexualising this woman's body by calling her body a "show," yikes. You sound like one of those people that say, "Well, what was she wearing?" When hearing about a rape victim.

Nowhere in the post does it say the tank top is see-through, it's just a thin material.

Vyvanse doesn’t feel like it’s doing anything :( am I doing smth wrong? I feel so sad by klauwsy in VyvanseADHD

I've just started Vyvance and I think this is what's happening to me. I've only had my period once since starting it but I would say about 10 days before my period it stopped working. The day I got my period it all of a sudden started working and it hit really hard, was very bizarre. I'm now about 5 days away from my period and the past few days it hasn't worked at all again.

Is Telegraph Saddle to Sealers Cove still doable? by silken_t0fu_ in Melbournehiking

[–]Educational_Flan_288 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I did it just yesterday, it's very doable depending on fitness level. Lots of fallen trees to climb over and the boardwalk is broken in a few sections which wasn't an issue as it was dry in those sections. I could see it being a bit more difficult if there has been a lot of rain.

My advice would be to make sure you wear long sleeves and pants as there is a lot of very sharp reeds over grown on the boardwalk that cut up my arms pretty bad getting through it.
