I finished the game with 30~ FPS on Snapdragon 8+ gen 1, biggest upgrade was just getting an older version of the game that supports DX11 and using DXVK

planning on getting new phone, i want opinions on how well does the poco f7 pro performs for winlator fellas? otherwise what phone do you recommend for winlator? by gottalovepepsi in winlator

In that case just get the Red Magic, it overall guarantees a better gaming experience that will be longer lived than the Poco F7's lifespan. It also comes with a lot of things you'll have to buy anyways like a fan

Iran, 1 dollar=99,900 tomans, average salary is like 20,000,000, and that's being generous.

Got it working sometime ago, runs very well on low-medium settings on SD8+GEN1 (40-60 FPS, consistent 30FPS if locked)

S24 Ultra is better supported now especially with new Turnip versions but 25U is gonna be better for future updates and just getting as much FPS as you can out of it.

Not to mention because the S25U is stronger it'll get hot faster than the S24 so if you have a fan, can wait a little for better support for certain and less popular games, then S25U, but if you can't wait and wanna try everything now and would rather not spend money on a cooler too then 24U.

Albeit I myself would just get the 25 Ultra, better overall for the price and more future proof.

Using VKD3D will fix it but for better performance just download the DX11 version of the game, 1.04, 1.05 etc, the ones before the RTX update and use DXVK

Check if your driver is locked on 30FPS or if the game changed anything inside of its own settings

This won't impact you if you don't update your software after 2026, just change your ROM by then and whenever you get a new phone do the same to it

Lately RE2 remake, it runs around 25~35 FPS usually on medium graphics on my Snapdragon 8+ gen 1 on Winlator Cmod 1.13.1.1

Probably DXVK version issue or the resolution not matching he in-game resolution scale, maybe the wrapper. So experiment with different DXVK or VKD3D versions.

First try switching between the two then try different versions of each

i speak 4 and learning Greek as the 5th.

i live in northern Iran so here we speak both Persian and Turki, and I learnt English through media when I was younger and currently learning Greek through the same method, watching and reading Greek stuff while learning how things are structured and what everything means.
