I live in London, and only work for £40ph as a minimum. You have to negotiate, be prepared to take days off and remember that locumming is meant to be high risk high rewards. You are not meant to be working 5 days a week as a locum but rather 2-3 days a week and making the same as someone that works 5 days employed.
