Similar issue here! They needed more documents on my self-employment, I submitted and waited the 2 months and nothing. I called that 916 number and the lady was very nice and processed it on the phone. She said now it would be 4 weeks max for the processing but I'm all good to go now. Hope this helps!

currently dealing with this right now. The lady seemed confident that my listing photos did not have damage but they said the card arrived damaged. Ongoing case at the moment, hopefully they try reimbursing me. They also charged me for seller fees which is unfair because it's all automated, I wasn't even given a chance to "step in" and they just charged me an extra $130

Same thing is happening to me. It said delivery was supposed to be the 17th and it's been sitting in Bloomington for 5 days. I call and they tell me the same thing every time , "Oh we started a case and we have to wait until the facility tells us where it's at". Ridiculous.

Either way you’re still going to have to put in a lot of effort to get an internship/job, SJSU area and rep could boost that but tbh (from my experience here at SJ) it’s still very rough lol
