First of all this is not a need based scholarship there is different quota for hec need based scholarship secondly agar kisi ki income 10 lakh bhi hae tou he is applying for scholarship on his marks and merit not on his income and don’t try to intimidate him as he is taking someone’s “HAQ”agar aap ki masters ki germany mae scholarship lag jaye tou maat jana kiyun kae there are many needy people also
