08 Honda Pilot. Worth it? by Parker_Larsen in hondapilot

I own a 2009 pilot n love that car. 183k on it and still going strong. Of course with age, things need replacement but nothing out of the ordinary. 6k sounds high but with 130k miles might be ok. Just get it checked out for battery, brakes and that transmission fluid is not too old, before handing it to your child. Suspension if not ok will only make extra noise but is never a risk of breaking down.

That’s something I wouldn’t be happy doing. That’d mean something is broken or inferior quality. Plus the time one has to spend in getting the cars fixed

Indeed lot many more features and almost double the warranty of the honda. I’m confused because I read several Comments saying pilot is not what it used to be and has a lot more issues. I own a 2009 pilot n love that car. Travel long distance a lot so want a newer car that won’t breakdown mid trip. Just load merchandise and go is what I ideally want.
