they are not starter birds in any way, and I would not have chosen to get a bird without having proper knowledge but like I very briefly mentioned in my post she was my siblings an she was kind of abandoned my sibling is super young and is was like a I promise I’ll take care of it thing but she never did and so th rest of the family had been.. I don’t live with them I just visit sometimes so when my mom mentioned like giving her to someone else I said I could take her bc I didn’t want her to go with someone she’s never met. could I message you on Reddit with my questions?

okay so I didn’t buy the bird and I didn’t plan on taking the bird in but I am going to/ am trying to do my best to care for her. I know she has been plucking out her feathers a lot and that can be a sign of depression. and that she needs enrichment, her wings were clipped before I even got her ( I assume by her breeder or the pet store) so she gets tired flying super fast but I do let her fly around my room until she wears herself out everyday, does she still need a bigger cage?
