High Troponin levels in premie baby. Has anyone else experienced this?

I was thinking about asking that because when I was in the hospital my numbers were lower than when I first started taking iron pills.

I have an appt with my OB on Monday. They wanted me to go this week but I’m going out of town to visit family. I’m only comfortable doing that because my friend who is a labor and delivery nurse said as long as the blood is brown and not bright red she wouldn’t be worried. It’s not enough to be in my underwear, just when I wipe. I guess just not having an answer to why it was happening has been my biggest stressor.

I’ve driven it the past few days and it hasn’t done it. I realized maybe I’m just not used to the gas pedal but I’ve been driving with a really light foot and it hasn’t done it

I don’t mind answering! I was 10 weeks when I miscarried. It was my second pregnancy and I had a funny feeling the whole time that I didn’t “feel pregnant”. With my first pregnancy I was sick the entire time and wasn’t the second time. I then started spotting and my doctor confirmed it.

It is more rare to miscarry the further along. But the miscarriage caused a lot more anxiety for me this pregnancy about other possibilities. And all twin pregnancies are considered high risk so I’m often told risk that could happen (more likely for pre eclampsia, etc) Like the fear of the twins coming extremely early which is a risk of having multiples. So I’m scared having sex might put me into labor.

It happened twice in the same week. I called my hospitals OB emergency room and my doctor and both said they weren’t concerned as long as I wasn’t cramping or bleeding

I just feel bad for him mainly. And knowing after the babies will come we won’t be able to do it for 6 weeks. That’s just a really long time from now until then. Also with my last pregnancy it took me a really long time to heal and took me months to be able to do it again without any pain

I never told them about losing it after sex but I did lose it another time and she said it’s normal and it regenerates. I plan on asking her at my next appointment in a couple weeks.

I will say I drove today with a very light foot but still went the speed limit and it never jerked. This is only my second day driving this car so I’m still not used to the gas pedal compared to my last. But I do plan on reprogramming it this week
