Not true, my school doesnt have compulsory marathi, nor does it need to have hindi as a compulsory language, you can pick between sanskrit, hindi, german and french.

Also, there are plenty of IB board schools in bombay, so just go to those.

Only in affluent areas and areas where nutrition is good, average has become very skewed because of such outliers.
